Reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management, the Manager of Computerized Maintenance Management System is responsible for overall management of the work order system, the fuel management system, the preventative maintenance program, the warehouse inventory program, the mobile application, and databases.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Performance Requirements*
- Manages and maintains College’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Fuel Management System (FMS)
- Ensures accuracy and consistency of the data and provides trainings for efficient and effective use of the systems. Manages and maintains College’s Work Request System, programs and updates web page contents and creates and modifies departmental service forms as necessary
- Continues the expansion of the Preventative Maintenance Program; including, but not limited to planning, standardizing, organizing, and configuration for equipment, vehicles, grounds, rooms, buildings, and facilities
- Develops, plans, tests, executes, and implements CMMS modules and assists with other RE&F program applications as necessary
- Configures, tests, and coordinates with IT team and system vendors in roubleshooting server, system, database, or application related issues
- Performs upgrades regularly to stay abreast of the upcoming version or patch release
- Works with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve system and device issues
- Manages and maintains system user, approver, requestor, technician, and group profiles and permissions
- Composes business processes, user guides, and training manuals, and coordinates and provides system training classes for faculty and staff
- Enforces data governance and business processes while ensuring accuracy, completeness, tracibility, and consistency of the data
- Coordinates creation, automation, and optimization of a dashboard and reports to be used for trend analysis, strategic inititives, performance improvement, and operational efficiency
- Manages area alignment to align facility, building, and room records in WebTMA, Datatel Colleague, and Ad Astra
Service Excellence
- Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)

Supervision
Works under the general supervision of Assistant Director of Asset Management

Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of web development techniques and database management
- Skilled with establishing Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to interact with data sources
- Skilled with organizing data in a logical format for system import
- Skilled with diagram and graphic software to develop/create visually impacted business process flows, graphs, charts, and/or presentations
- Skilled with data visualization tools such as Crystal Report, Power BI, and Tableau
- Skilled using Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams
- Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Skilled in data integration, analytics, and management
- Ability to develop and deliver training manuals and presentations
- Ability to write SQL scripts to insert/update data
- Ability to program and modify webpages using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, and CSS
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and a setting that is diverse and urban
- Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
- Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations
- Ability to delegate work appropriately to faculty and staff to meet College and campus deliverables
